Co-Aching is an effective method to remove emotional blocks. Like “I want X, and I don’t dare to even think that I might possibly deserve to have it”. Co-aching requires awareness of what’s going on inside you and the courage to talk about it, plus the willingness to feel and express deep empathy. Co-suffering removes some of the blocks that keep us from seeing the problem, and possible solutions. Once you get through those emotional blocks, you can move back to gain clarity of distance. You might not need to as removing the emotional blocks may give the client clarity without distance.
